Effecting Training Tools In the course of developing seminars and team building, Jim has invented effective tools and exercises to help teach. His training is guided by the Chinese proverb of, "I hear-- I notice. I see-- I remember. I do--and then I understand." Credentials and Board Certifications Dr. McKenna is a teacher who has taken years of successful practice and translated it into effective training programs. Beside obtaining certification in Process Communications Management, Jim has been board certified as a Clinical Teaching Member of International Association of Transactional Analysis (ITAA) and enjoys the status of Approved Supervisor, American Association for Marital & Family Therapy.(AAMFT) |
